My scientific focus is on condensed matter physics, mainly preparation and characterization of various materials by combining laboratory or synchrotron experimental and ab-initio theoretical methods. I am interested in crystallography, phase transitions, lattice dynamics, dielectric, optical and electronic properties of solids at varied temperature-pressure conditions. I also do structure predictions for the high-pressure phases of materials and, together with colleagues, develop methods for the synthesis of novel structures. Our group is based in Lithuania at Vytautas Magnus university. Welcome to visit or cooperate with us.
